Vintage Brides

Glorious, glamorous, lovely brides of days-gone-by including brides on and off the Silver Screen, vintage brides in art and advertising, the girl-next-door and possibly many time-zones away as she celebrates one of the biggest days of her life.

This is a celebration of love! While LGBT lovers haven't been able to make it official until this last decade, they made commitments to each other in front of friends and family as well. These photos seem to be a little scarce, but I'm always on the hunt and will post what I can find here.

I'm kind of obsessed and have about 200 posts queued up at any given time. I love love, and people in love, pretty girls, and gorgeous dresses.

Many photos I find are not dated. I'm far from a costume history expert, so if you see that I've likely guessed the date of a photo wrong, please let me know and tell me why. I want to learn and at least get in the correct decade. Thanks. :)
